Monday Markets: Condo with a View

This week, I’m doing something a little different with Monday Markets: A condo. I’ve never featured one before, but I found one that I really like. It sits way above the city, providing breathtaking views. It has approximately 5,194 square feet of living space, and the very best services and conveniences available.
This home has three large bathrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a full walk-in closet. All three bedrooms have ample room for a king-sized bed and other furniture without becoming crowded. A full wall of ceilings makes the already large rooms look even more spacious. The bathrooms are top of the line; one has a tub positioned for looking out over the city while you soak.
The living room has a fireplace, large walls perfect for hanging artwork, and the same amazing views seen in many of the other rooms. The kitchen is equipped with the equipment a professional cook would need to turn out amazing meals, or that a less experienced cook could use while learning to navigate their way around the kitchen. The kitchen is also big enough for entertaining in.
The community features, almost always the best part of condo living, do not disappoint. There is a heated pool, a fitness center designed by Sports Club/LA, and security features. There is a full time catering kitchen and dining area, a private elevator foyer, a lounge, and a two story lobby designed by Chihuly & Fendi CASA.
Unlike a traditional home, you don’t have to worry about moving the lawn or keeping up with the landscaping. This beautiful condo comes with a price tag significantly less than many of the other Monday Markets properties, but it is also has a lot less living space. The listing price is currently set at $11,950,000.
